Y510P: Battery stuck on charging at a certain percentage

I bought this laptop 2 or 3 months ago and everything had been going on pretty well until this battery problem occured. First, it got stuck on 33%. It didn't matter how long i charged it. It was always 33%. Then, it has started to drop gradually. Now it is stuck on 29%.

Is there a way I can get this rectified?

  1. Uninstall the current Lenovo Energy management software

  2. Reinstall the Lenovo Energymangent from the link below.

  3. Once installed power down the computer.
  4. Unplug AC adapter and take out the battery
  5. Then press and hold down the power button for 30-60 seconds.
