Without knowing what model of computer, or what video card you have, my guess is that you need to uninstall and reinstall your video cards driver and the problem will go away

Download and save latest driver

  • On the support page for you model, click on Drivers and Software
  • Select select Display and Video Graphics from the "Component Pull down"
  • Select the correct "Operating System" for your pc
  • Download the latest driver for your video card, and save its someplace easy to find

Delete previous video card/driver

  • Right Click on Start and select Device Manager
  • Click on the > in front of Display Adapters to expand,
  • Right Click on your Video Cards and select Uninstall
  • On the "Confirm Device Uninstall" window, Make sure to check the box "Delete driver software for this device"
  • Reboot
  • Install new driver downloaded previously

Once complete, open Lenovo Solutions Center and run the individual tests to re-test your Video Card.

If you are still having issues, make sure you have the latest version of Lenovo Solutions Center 3.3.003 installed, and if not dowload from https://support.lenovo.com/us/en/olddownloads/ds104494

Good Luck,
