Ideapad Y710 Lcd in lower resolution

2008-11-23, 6:46 AM

When my LCD goes to a lower resolution (like a game running 800x600), it's just a small box in the middle.

No " expansion" or whatever the name is....

it was working some time ago, probably a new driver made this?

i read around that there should be an expansion option in the BIOS, but i cant find any...

actually my BIOS has almost nothing to configure....

I'm running Vista Ultimate 64 bits.

Does anyone know of a solution?

Help me, as I can't play my usual games anymore (NFS series).

Tks

.Sergio

Hi, Sergio.

It's definately new drver.

Try to download latest Mobile Catalyst from AMD site.
