Keyboard Problems repeating or not working keys

Hi everybody.

 

I researched on the Internet but I couldn't fing solution Let me tell you my problem.

 

The keys ( Q, A, ", 1, ESC, Z, Alt ) (6 key) are not working properly. Please think lenovo keyboard. All buttons are next to each other. Sometimes buttons dont work, sometimes they works repeatedly.

 

Let me give you an example.

 

I am writing this sentence, I dont see a problem. The a, q, z, 1, " keys are working properly. (now)

 

But mostly, I write something like this

 

n erthuke ws in New elnd (An earthquake was in New Zeland).

 

Or sometimes i see this errors.

 

AAAn eaaarthqquaaake waaas in New ZZelaaaand.

 

Please help me! If I know, changing keyboaard will solve the problem, I will do but, what is the problem, I dont know.

Please follow the below steps :-

 

1- Shut down the machine and connect the charger 

2- Hold the Power button for 15 Sec

3- Release the finger and restart the machine , check and let me know

I am not sure your answer helped me but now, my buttons are working correctly.

 

Fistly, I tried your solution, I tried twice, but not worked.

 

The I got angry and I took over all the keys and then replaced again. There was some dust or sth etc.

 

I had cleaned before, already. But now, it's working. Strange!

 

If again not works, I will change my keyboard, I think.

 

Edit: not worked. Problem continues.

Thankyou Support Specialist SEAlaa, my right alt key was not working perfectly i tried your solution and problem solved but can you describe what was the actual problem

Alaa, believe me! You just made my day! Unboxed my ThinkPad L380 and spent the whole evening swearing at the keyboard!
