Lenovo P-500 Dark Screen

My wife was working on our computer and she put it down came back to use it and now the screen is dark and not bright as it was. I remember seeing that we must roll back drivers (?) or something else to reset the screen so we can see it.  Any help woould be greatly appreciated.

Sorry for the delayed response, just joined here recently and noticed your post.


Do you still need assistance about this concern?


Just to ask:


  • Can you please provide your laptop's MTM (ex. 80Q600FJPH) for us to check your device's specifications?
  • What Windows OS are you also using for that device?

Try to connect the laptop to an external display/monitor to see or check if the issue will still occur.
