You issue maybe similar to this thread and this thread.

 

Can you try to uninstall ExpressCache and reinstall the new ExpressCache 64bit Setup on this article.

If you have followed the instructions on this article with the same problem, then the Expresscache program upgrade must have already overwritten OEM Expresscache software somewhere in the registry.

 

What you can try is to:

1. Do a System Restore to undo the changes.

2. Try what barjabulle did on this thread where he contacted sandisk for the activation code.
