Is there any official lenovo or windows tool to measure temperature of various components(eg. CPU and GPU)?

HWMonitor from CPUID is very good and there is a 64bit version.

can use something like msi after burner and get in game temps and useage, link is to setup msi after burner https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4NYUyI_9aV8

or as post before said hw monitor does desktop and gaming monitor (can not see while another app is full screen but will record highest temps)

you did say windows tools which can include 3rd party tools lol, but i dont think lenovo or windows default has temp tools to monitor your system like the 2 that have been suggested, both are free and i have used both for years without any problems
