Why i not get my gwaranty accepted for Display?

2014-09-01, 16:48 PM

I send my laptop to gwaranty. I had problem with to high temperatures and one small white place on display. Just like in this post on polish page: http://www.elektroda.pl/rtvforum/viewtopic.php?p=12293261#12293261

Its no chance its mechanical damage, couse i got no scratch on my notebook or anythink. Maybe it is even from startwhen i buyght it, but i hadnt seen it at start.

LV NB Repair Display <= 16 (no gwaranty)

In the same problem (i linked it before) when dell service seen it they repair it with no problem why u guys from lenovo got any?

Here is photo of my notebook and problem. And tell me its mechanical then i go mad, when u knock it or something its not getting like that and not in place like that... Btw. anyone else had problem with lenovo service in german?

Dead pixels in your display are only valid in your warranty if a certain number them are dead, any thing under that isn't covered. Not sure in the exact number, it's usually 4-6 or more.
