Would you mind providing me a backup of your drive so i can fix my machine. I tried many many things literally made a PXE-boot FOG server that can deploy ubuntu 16.04 but i get Kernel panics and it will not boot on my affected machine. But it does help me roll out to other laptops/computers that can PXE boot.

All,

It looks as though a final recovery method has been published on the following linked to site with a full set of instructions and links to any required resources.

I' ve uninstall Ubuntu from Windows and then I removed ubuntu froom /Boot folder. I didn't know that there are some issues with saving in bios etc. Now I can't boot from usb, my bios don't save anything but I still can run Windows from boot manager. What can I do to fix this?

Dear Friend, now that you've deleted ubuntu, things are a bit more complicated.
Unfortunately, from Windows you can not solve the problem.
There is a complicated procedure, but you have to create a usb stick that is bootable by UEFI.
So install Ubuntu again.
Then you have to download a specific version of the Kernel ... 4.14.9..and everything is fixed.
Good luck!
