before reformating, couple questions?

2009-12-06, 3:27 AM

when you right click on "my computer" and click on properties, you get the manufacturers logo and other information.

Before i reformat my computer i was wondering if i could extract all that information so i could use it on my fresh install of windows?

(i know this doesnt make a difference but i was wondering if it was possible)

2. right now when i click on the volume up/down button, you see a thing on the screen that shows the volume being adjusted. Once i reformat will i still get that with the normal audio driver?

what else should i look out for?

Laptop(Lenovo Y550 4186)-processor: Core 2 Duo 2.53GHz, System Memory: 4 GB, Graphics Controller: NVIDIA GT240M, HardDrive: 320GB, Optical Storage: DVD-RW Combo drive
