The button on the side of the laptop will bring it back to factory win8 - it should be close to the power adapter for you i believe. maybe that helps the keyboard too

yup your last resort is factory reset, funny thing I am having the same sli issue as you are, only one card is working but both detected, try recovering to factory reset, and I will do the same thing, just backup your computer with the same lenovo tool and if it didn`t work you can always restore your backup so you don`t have to go through installing everything again

sth has happened, and both sli and keyboard working well for now.

BUT, i called lenovo customer service today, and the guy on the phone told me there was no good working sli drivers for win8.1 now, but they were working on it, so the best thing is to wait until a proper update released.

so i decided to use win8.1 as long as this system configuration works.
