The trojan is not guaranteed to be deleted with recovery as it may have spread to more files. Your best bet would be some trojan remover software but I forgot the actual name of it. Onekey recovery works if you didn't resize the disk partitions. About the files, it does delete all of the personal files so if you ever do the recovery, be sure to make a backup of all the files. Norton 360 will also be deleted as the OneKey Recovery is a light form of formatting the hard driver and reinstalling windows(if you do a Recovery to factory default settings).
