Hi akhtbut ,

Welcome to the Community Forums.

How did you discover that the serial number was deleted by adwcleaner?

Physically without the power , the serial number on the label at the bottom would show it aside from the original box. Other models would also have same information inside the battery port.

Within windows you can retrieve it via cmd wmic csproduct get name , on the run box you can use msinfo32 and likewise Lenovo Solution Center.

If you try going directly to the BIOS , main tab would show it there not unless the systemboard are replaced.

Hope this help answer your query .

Update us.

Regards

Hi akhtbut ,

It may be the update in BIOS that have affected the serial and you may need to perform a BIOS backflash if available.

What is the model and machine number ?

How is the machine number and serial reading it from the label sticker ?

It would be safer to have it done by service centers nearest your place if needed or call in lenovo tech support.

Regards
