I didn't uninstall anything, it seems I have an intel adapter though ( Intel(R) Wireless Bluetooth (R) 4.0 + HS ), if you have Intel PROSet/Wireless Software in your programs list, then I would say just install it again

hope you are right. I had been system restored when the last time I try to fix this Bluetooth issue. Here goes nothing...
One thing I just observe, it didn’t ask a restart right after I installed it on my laptop? I thought many of the drivers requires a restart after installation. I am right? correct me if I am wrong. tnx

Here is what happen on my device manager after I installed it.
I think I have more than 1 bluetooth driver installed. The creative one is my bluetooth device headphone. One thing I noticed. My cpu had been overclocking since I only run few programs including my windows media player with my bluetooth headphone playing music.
Even my facebook crash on my torch browser.
I don't know what happens but when I stop running my bluetooth, everythings back to normal. I hope you can help me with this. I will be thankful if this problem will be fixed. thanks in advance. ^_^
Here is my rig:

I found the fix. You don't have to do anything with the drivers, the one already present (Atheros Broadcom) works fine.
So, follow these steps:
1) Windows+R or search for 'run'.
2) Search for services.msc
3) Go on to Bluetooth Support Service.
4) Now click on the 'Log On' tab.
5) Select 'This account' and type in 'Local Service'. Click 'Ok'
6) Now go on the 'General' tab and click 'Start'
Your bluetooth should work now.
