Can I use this thermal paste brand?

I want to replace my old laptop's thermal paste(Y570, Intel i7, Nvidia 555m), I had it for 4 years now.

I found this uncommon brand of thermal paste and was wondering if it can be used on laptop CPUs and GPUs. It was free in my parent's workplace, Would it do any damage?

Thanks.

If I can, will it perform better than or the same as Artic Silver 5?

Re: Can I use this thermal paste brand?

I have never used the product you mentioned, but in every comparison I have seen, Metal-based compounds like arctic silver did better than silicon-based products.
