Do you have a fully charged battery installed and AC mains connected?

I have the laptop plugged in and the battery is on but it is say plugged-in not charged 0% and the orange battery led on the laptop is blinking.I can not charged the battery and I have try most of the ways I have read in this forum to fix it.That's the reason I want to update the bios, because something is wrong with the battery.

The problem that you are encountering is that the physical battery is not plugged in. Make sure to plug in the external battery and try again. If not, then your computer is having issues communicating with the power supply. AC power only will not do either. The BIOS needs to be updated and the computer/software thinks that the bios will likely fail which in the end it would be useless if the bios does not get updated, which in the end will render your computer useless. Trust me, I learned the hard way. A good ol' 10 hours on a Saturday, which payed off in the end.
Anyway, good luck on your endeavours.
