Can't get hold of Lenova Help and laptop keeps locking up

Recently bought a laptop--but it keeps locking up on me. I've tried contacting Lenova via their website using the serial #/reference # process and also the phone contact process--but I can't get anyone to contact me. Is there another way to contact them?

You can try calling them up specially if Callback doesn't go well with you.

 

Technical support :

1-877-4-Lenovo, 1-877-453-6686   24 hours a day 7 days/week 

You can also try Live Chat during business hours too.

 

If your machine has a Carry in warranty you may also go to the nearest Best Buy tech center to check if they would be able to process a warranty repair for you.

Big Thanks! Tech Support answered in a few minutes. I need to send computer back to factory. Call Back does not work, neither does the Request Process. The Ob-Line Call is not available in the USA.
