Welcome to the Community Forums.
SATA SSD is not offered with Z50-75 initially but it does not limit users to maximize the performance of their machine. Even it was not guaranteed by OEM, you should be able to replace your storage to Crucial's offer.
Do always review return options for third party products as always advised.
I hope this helps answer your query.

Generally, you should be able to replace it with a SATA SSD. Crucail would even say guaranteed compatible, so we can assume that they have tested it with the same model.

I have a Lenovo mod Z50/75 notebook with S.O. Windows 10 Home 64- bit, version 1809 build 17763-437, I would like to periodically scan online, with an antivirus program, via USB pendrive, I ask how I can enter the BIOS to give the right commands, to scan. Thank you for your suggestions. With reference to the previous topic, all fixed, now I ask for more collaboration for the BIOS. JS43
