Changing thermal paste will lose warranty ?

hello i've got the Lenovo y50-70 since this year Mars, been having so high temp while around 85-95 for both GPU & CPU, since 2 days i decided to change the thermal paste willing it may fix this huge overheat but to be honest the temps are down by 2,3 C, so baiscally did i lost my warranty by changing the thermal paste ?? i did nothing but just changing it.

Hi Fathi97 , 


Welcome to the Community Forums.


Maintainace and even upgrades will not void the warranty unless such changes would cause problems to the parts under warranty during and after the process . Same reason why your maintainance manual are readily available for download as guides to users .


You may also call in technical support if you would need further guide and confirmation if needed
