I recently sold my Y470 after restoring to factory settings using One Key Recovery. I assumed this would have deleted my personal files (all stored in My Documents), but now I'm not so sure. The computer is now out of my hands, so I can't check, but figure someone out there would know.
I don't think that the new owner, who will be prompted to set up a new user account, will see my files in his "My Documents" folder. But are they still there, in Users\(My User Name)\Documents? I guess that One Key deletes files on one of the drives (C or D) but not the other, and I don't remember where the User folders were stored. I used all original out-of-the-box settings and partitions with Windows 7.
Thanks for your help!

What, out of curiosity, is stored on the D: Drive (when using default/factory settings) that the One Key Recovery maintains?

Some Configurations Of the Lenovo Systems have Drive D: partition but not all not all,
Initially it only contans two folders Back up Drivers and Application Installers.
The D: Drive partition still has space left on it and you can still save files on that drive
So if you intentionally saved some files on that D: partition it will be left there.
One key recovery is on a seperate Drive Partition Hidden and cannot be seen when you open my computer,
Hope this helps
