Hello my brothers

I have I have a problem
Display driver stopped responding and has recovered
And then you change your Windows version and still the problem
I have downloaded the definition from the official website and still the problem
This problem appeared after 6 months of operation of the device
Is the problem Hardware and refer to the warranty or whether the problem is in the definition and there is no true definition is compatible with Windows 10

Hi Saddr,

 

Welcome to Lenovo Forums.

 

Can you please try these steps:

 

  1. Uninstall both Intel and the Nvidia Display Driver v353.30 from the Control Panel and reboot.
  2. Install the following drivers in order and observe (reboot if necessary). You can also get them from the D:\Driversfolder

1st - Intel Video Driver for Windows 10 (64-bit)

2nd - Nvidia Video Driver for Windows 10(64-bit)

 

  1. If the problem remains, can you check the status of the system by installing Lenovo Solutions Center or manually run a diagnostic on the GPU and post the results here:

Lenovo Solution Center (LSC)

Please through this LINK

 

 After the comprehensive test is completed, the warning information may be displayed in the result of the stress test for the Graphics Card NVIDIA GeForce.  The result code might be WVC00R000-XXXXXX where 000 represents there is no hardware issue for the Graphics Card.  The warning information can be ignored.

Hello mr Shashi_Lenovo I have created a copy of Windows 7 new now 64 bit pro Problem after installing tariffs and found that the graphics card did not give proficiency In a copy of Windows 10 gives the efficiency of 12 GB In their version of efficiency gives p GB only Is the problem definition is incorrect?
