Display harness part number, IdeaPad y730 (4053)

Looking for a parts list or service manual (presuming it has part numbers) for the display/video cable/harness for an IdeaPad Y730, model 4053 (not the completely unrelated Y730 "Legion" series; why would Lenovo feel the need to re-use model numbers).

The video is intermittent; on extremely rare occasions the LCD will start working, then next time it will be off again.  Video works off of the external/VGA port, and I'll notice if I connect to it remotely with TeamViewer when there's no monitor attached, device manager won't show any dsplay devices, which leads me to think it's the cable.  Definitely not an OS problem because a Linux bootable DVD will show the same symptoms.

Hi @jelabarre59!

Thanks for bringing this here.

Would you be able to share your device's machine type number / MTM from the sticker (ex.81HG0000MX)?

This would allow us to check your device's specifications and see if there are available parts that can be get for it to be fixed.

Will be waiting for your response.

Regards.

On the black sticker it just has "Model Name: 4053" (not the usual MTM format of XXXX-XXX I'm used to seeing).  There is a "MO:" number on the white sticker of R3N039114062 if that is the one you need.
