Display of picture is only comming in Pixels rest screen is diplaying normal

Hi !
 
I have bought Lenovo 3000 Y410 7757-57Q with pre loaded Vista. Due to some virus problem my system got formated and I loaded Windows XP and downloaded the driver from Lenovo website for particular this model. But now there is problem in display. Only Picture is not displaying clearly and displaying in pixels (Square Broken Picture) rest other display is fine. system Diagnistics report is copied below for your reference.
