Its not a secret, that there is Dolby® Home Theater® v3 support on on Y460 / Y560 Models.
Official Dolby site confirms it.
Also , Dolby offical site has a simple and nice tutorial how to enable this feature, here is the link.
And of course, i am (unfortunately) not surprised that somehow Lenovo Official Driver does not provide this settings as on video.
The main question is - how do i activate this settings?
Please, dont ask me if i reinstalled drivers. I did. ANd Lenovo's and OEM one's.
Mainly, i d like to hear opinion of Moderators or Tech Support.

didnt notice a thing on standard lenovo driver. Nor on OEM.
All i am trying to say is that when it comes to real complicated issue, Tech Support Gives Up. Just ignores.
YEAH, you have a sticker on the laptop that you have Dolby® Home Theater® v3, but you CANT use it at the same time.
YEAH, you have a HD display, but when you look at it you are crying when you see this poor picture.
YEAH, you have Full Sized Keyboard, but you are forced to break your fingers with FN CTRL.

- Can't stand to notice gradients while watching videos
- Enabling dolby using onekey and changing image is weird, sounds weird too... I think it's better with headphones on but i prefer normal
- this function key is seriously breaking breaking my balls
