I have to make manualy reconnect with router, and I have again 60-65Mb.
Where is the problem...?

You might try the latest driver from Intel for Windows® 10, which is version  19.11.1637

Intel® Wireless Bluetooth® for Intel® Centrino® Advanced-N 6235 and Intel® Centrino® Wireless-N 2230 (Version: Latest (Latest) Date: 10/1/2017)

https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/27228/Intel-Wireless-Bluetooth-for-Intel-Centrino-Advanced-N-6235-and-Intel-Centrino-Wireless-N-2230?product=66889

Also, from within Device Manager, locate your N2230, right-click on it and select properties, and then from the Power Management tab, and deselect "Allow the computer to turn off this device to save power"

If still having problems

  • Open the Windows Control Panel and select Power Options -- or right-click start, select Run, type: powercfg.cpl  and press Enter
  • Locate your current power plan and select "Change plan settings"
  • Select "Change Advanced Power Settings".
  • Expand the Wireless Adapter Settings, and to Maximum Performance.

Best of Luck,

The problem still exists. I tried drivers other version (Microsoft, Intel).
But the changes do not add any effect.

Maybe some of you know WiFi from whitelist support from bios?
