Without knowing what model of computer, or what video card you have, my guess is that you need to uninstall and reinstall your video cards driver and the problem will go away
Download and save latest driver
Delete previous video card/driver
Once complete, open Lenovo Solutions Center and run the individual tests to re-test your Video Card.
If you are still having issues, make sure you have the latest version of Lenovo Solutions Center 3.3.003 installed, and if not dowload from https://support.lenovo.com/us/en/olddownloads/ds104494
