I have a laptop of z 50-70 series.
Now my extended warranty is going on.
The laptop after automatic repair only a Black screen is coming.
And it my be hard-disk issue..
My question is
1.In extended warranty service new hard-disk will be free or I have to pay..
2.Before hardisk replacement Lenovo service centre will back up files ( I can't backup by own as it's not opening )?
3. In service centre can do this within in a days ?

The best rocomended thing to do is to contact lenovo tech support , this way you will also know your country's
warranty policy and type. The only best way to back up your Data is to have the HDD removed and use it as an
external HDD to just back up your data as theres a high possibility that your machine will be reimaged when its
in the lenovo repair centre or when an onsite teech visits you .
