I have some trouble with my laptop lately. Everytime I log in to my laptop, there will be a notification saying that I'm not connected to Microsoft. I can access my internet and still play games, but I couldn't acess Microsoft related apps such as, store, weather, cortana ... etc. Please send help, any kind of assistance would be much appreciated.

most probably it is asking you to connect with microsoft account, you can contact microsoft for that .
about Cortana as much i know Cortana is not supported yet for UK region if you change the region to US then you can use Cortana.

Did someone help you today? Press the star on the left to thank them with a Kudo! I dont know what Kudo does but anyway xD
