How can I get the dedicated graphics card in my Lenovo Z50-75 to work with X-Plane?

I'm not that techy but heres what I have:

-Lenovo Z50-75

-8GB Ram

-AMD Radeon r7 m260dx graphics (one integrated power saving graphics and one high performance dedicated graphics card)

-Windows 10

No matter what I've tried so far I cannot get the high performance graphics card to run X-Plane. Therefore it is using the power saving integrated one which means I can barely play the game on its minimum graphics settings and I know it should be able to do a lot better! I've been into the AMD control centre and set the game to run on the 'high performance gpu' yet when I select the power application monitor it shows that its never the high performance dedicated gpu being used, just the intigrated one!

Any ideas to help me get this working anyone?

And we're back...

Move delayed but still coming
