The monitors wich I want to connect are Philips 272P4 and Dell P2419H.
I use Lenovo HDMI-output and HDMI cable to connect Philips and
adapter VCom CU320-0.15m USB3.0 to HDMI.
The adapter supports FullHD 1920x1080, but my monitor displays a signal with a resolution of 800x600. I cannot change its resolution from the operating system.
Would it be possible to use docking station Lenovo ThinkPad USB 3.0 Pro Dock to get a quality image on my second monitor?
I think I will be able to connect two monitors using an external video card The Matrox DualHead2Go Digital SE, but the price is too high.
Can you offer me other hardware solutions with prices up to 100-150 Euro?
My Philips 272P4 supports daisy chain, Dell P2419H not.
Is it possible with this technology to connect my two monitors to the laptop?
I will use the second monitor to view software code, internet and chat. I don't play games.
I use Windows 8.1 OS.

I solved this problem using this replicator.
This is a perfect solution for € 100.
The device for connecting a laptop to a monitor via USB must have a chip on DisplayLink.
