i am getting Horrible Service from lenovo not at all satisified with it.
I have a y570 lenovo laptop and i have faced a lot of problems with it
first thing the JBL speakers was not working correctely , the right speaker was lower than the left one
after alot suffering with them , they replaced it and now it works fine
secondly : the HDD suddenly stoped working !!
and all my data on it was lost
thirdly : the battery is suffering from overheating whenever i work or play on it
after it becomes empty , it refuses to be charged before it became colder
fourth : the laptop lights open and close strangely by it self when i plug in the charger
the battery manager gives error that the charger " not plugged in , not charging "
i went to the warranty center more than 7 times
each time with another problem
three of them the center of warranty told me that the laptop is good and it have not any problem
however they were wrong
everytime the laptop becomes worse than it before
I'm a student in faculty of Engineering "Alex,Egypt" my H.w and reports and sheets on it
you can't imagine how this issue affect in my study !!
i have payed for this laptop more than 6000 LE to get the best performance
not for going by it everytime to the warranty center
i think the laptop spend much more time in the warranty center than it has spent with me
i'm not gonna wait even for a week !!!!
till now the issue has not repaired yet and the warranty of the laptop will expire in 18-9-2013
add to your knowledge i had taken the laptop from the warranty center the last time just yesterday so , the laptop was with them since 27-6-2013 to 22-8-2013 that shows that the laptop was with them for about 2 months ago
two months of repairing and the problem exists after all this
i think i have the right to replace my laptop because of it's sundry problems
or get an extend in the warranty time to make sure that will not be problems any more
if i got out of the warranty time , i'll pay a lot of pounds to repair it
so i have no choice except i'll drop it in the first rubbish bin on my way
please help me in my case because this manufacturing error
makes your reputation and your service seems worst
the warranty center report ...
