IdeaPad Z575: Wifi Card Upgrade?

How to do this w/ an Intel 6235N?  I think that the answer lies with 'Modifying the Whitelist'.

How does one do this?  I know nothing about doing this, but need to upgrade my Wifi so that I have better WiFi Reception AND Bluetooth.  So, I probably need to brush up on how to do this - YouTube Tutorial, maybe?

that will provide better WifI AND BT, then I am all ears.

And, respectfully:  If you are going to tell me that I can't do this, or that it is not worth doing, then please don't reply.  Best Regards.

AFAIK, you need to have your bios firmware replaced with a bios without the whitelist. You can't obtain a modded bios from Lenovo.

You got to have that bios replace first. This is the difficult part.

Once the bios is replaced, you can install the wifi card that you like.

There are other sites but this is the one that, at the moment, I'm reading (not participating).
