Ideapad Defective Keyboard

Hello all.

Last week I bought an Ideapad Y510 from Newegg. It just got here, and while I like it very much, the /r/ key is defective. I think there's a problem with the spring mechanism, as when it is pressed, it stays down, almost like it's lodged under the 4/5 keys. I've read somewhere that a user had this problem and Lenovo sent him a replacement keyboard, with a kit to install it. I've searched the Lenovo site, but I can't find a customer service number that purports to deal with a problem like that. Can anyone confirm that Lenovo does replace defective keyboards? Or know the number to get in touch with them?
