I bought this Ideapad Y510 from Office depot 2 years back. I had a problem in the screen hinge within a year and sent it to Lenovo and got it pack repaired. After few months the Hinge broken again and also the Battery died fully (no charging at all). When I try to call lenovo about this problem they are asking the serial number on the laptop which I looked at the bottom and don't see any numbers it shows only the model number. I'm not sure was it like that from the beginning or not. I never noticed it. But now without the serial number they are not registering my problem. How do I get a solution for this issue. How can I check that Lenovo still cover the hinge problem and battery problem for my laptop. Is there any other place I can see the Serial number for the laptop.?
