Here's the wifi card in your laptop. You want something with the same size. The model you listed have various sizes.

I think that's just part of the model number for the 5100.

There's half-height and full-height cards. You want to look for full-height, but since a lot of newer cards use the half-height standard, you might need an adapter.

looks like 8265 doesn't have half-size mini pci-e model. http://i.ebayimg.com/images/g/QL0AAOSwYIxX5SPP/s-l300.jpg

Take a look at this: http://www.ebay.com/itm/Intel-Wireless-AC-7260-7260HMW-802-11AC-Dual-Band-BT4-0-PCIe-Half-Mini-Wifi-Card/190897053836?_trksid=p2047675.c100005.m1851&_trkparms=aid%3D2220072%26algo%3DSIC.MBE%26ao%3D2%26asc%3D41375%26meid%3D78297fb0be434cafb4ff6171cd1854eb%26pid%3D100005%26rk%3D1%26rkt%3D6%26mehot%3Dag%26sd%3D222386668433

Then you can use a half to full size adapter: http://www.ebay.com/itm/Half-Size-to-Full-Size-Mini-Pci-e-PCI-Express-Adapter-Coverter-Wireless-Card-/172479677671?hash=item28289704e7:g:CjUAAOSwImRYcyUW
