Ideapad Z510 OneKey Recovery gets stucked

2017-12-28, 6:31 AM

My Idealpad Z510 became unusable after it was automatically updated by Microsoft.  I tried to reset the machine with OneKey Recovery (by using Restore from initial backup).  However, the machine always goes back to the OneKey Recovery screen after Step 2 (Start Restoration) is completed and machine was rebooted.  I dont have another system backup.  My initial backup might be bad.  What should I do?  I was thinking to get a inital system ISO disk so might be able to retire it to the disk image...  Where can I get the initial system disk?  I called Lenovo support and was put on-hold for two hours yesterday - noone pick up the phone.

Thanks to whoever can help.

Re: Ideapad Z510 OneKey Recovery gets stucked

I booted up the computer at the safe mode.  Now I have some errors:

There is not enough space on the disk (error #112)

Source: H:\OneKey\OKR\WSVD\wsvd.sys

Destination:

X:\windows\system32\DRIVES\wsd.sys

Both H and X are Lenovo hidden directories.

There are 1 TB free on C:, 10 GB free on D:

How do I allocate more space to X: (Boot)?
