both vista and windows 7 drivers doesn't work on your system, so you may have probably driver issue or there is something wrong with your power management ( function keys )
if you upgraded from vista to windows 7, i suggest you to perfom clean windows installation or stay with vista.
also you can use feedback form to report issues with drivers, if there is any, lenovo will update it.

I have a bit of the sam problem. I just did a clean install of Windows 7 64bit -I have installed easycapture and it works, but it doesn't complete the installation of camera drivers. It just "ends" without informing that the installation is complete.
