Hi kitcharles ,
Welcome to the Community Forums.
When did the issue started ?
Thinking that maybe some setting / drivers changes caused it and you can just do system restore to jump back to a previous restore date as initial step.
Would there be any yellow or black downarrow mark on Device Manager .
Try to show hidden devices in device manager .
Under Universal Serial Bus controllers for USB Mass Storage Devices , right clcik and uninstall then restart the pc.
You do have 2 USB (ver3.0) port on the left , and 2 USB (ver2.0) on the right based on the user manual (page5).
Which is not working ? Rare that all 3 would go out at the same time but if it does reflect the hardware systemboard controllers for the issue.
If same issue , attempt a power drain and set BIOS on Defaults .
Shutdown and unplug the ac charger, remove the battery and press power down for 15 seconds to drain.
(if you have a USB keyboard and mouse to test, attach it )
Put back the battery and ac charger and turn on using the Novo key (item 6 page2) instead.
Novo menu apears and choose BIOS set up , f9 to default and f10 save and exit
(would the usb keyboard work tapping on caps/ num locks , usb mouse lit if functional )
Update us how it goes.

I have the same problem for quite some time now, 3 out of 4 USB's are not working and the 4th one only reads/writes USB3.0. I am not sure about getting the motherboard replaced as the USB2.0 ports are not on the board but are connected as a different chip. The service centre guys are of no help either as they only to know to replace the part completely rather than repairing it or helping in any other way. Any insight on the issue would be helpful.
