Hello. I have an Idepad Y400 with boot manager problems. The error message is boot manager failed to load. I called lenovo warranty and they said software issues are not covered under warranty. I also called a local dealer and they alsosaid they could not handle the warranty. Any ideas on how I should proceed?

I’m sorry to hear that your Y400 laptop is displaying “Boot Manager failed to load” error message. As it is informed by our Lenovo Warranty team that this issue will not be covered under warranty, the only available option is to contact our Technical Support for Assistance to get the details of nearest Authorized Service Center or other options to get the issue resolve under chargeable basis.
