I can't install my audio driver after upgrading to Windows 7 Ultimate x64!
I run a Lenovo Y550, my drivers can be found here.
When it starts installing, an error pops up and says:
Install Realtek HD Audio Driver Failure !!
[Error Code : -0001]
Any help will be real apreciated.

Sorry for the late, very late response, I had to tend to something else...
I tried running it as administrator and still had problems.
Disabled the "HD audio device" that came with 7 on the install and then removed it. I was able to get through the install, but when I restarted I had the same driver installed and it did not seem the installation of the realtek one worked ( i think it comes with a dolby surround sound control pannel, didn't see that either )

I am on a fresh install, so I have no other drivers except the ones microsoft/windows provided. That is the driver I am trying to install.
I am thinking it has to do with the 'generic' one that windows installed in my fresh install. I succsefully removed it, then I was able to finish the installer. When I restarted though nothing was installed and windows just installed their driver agian.

try to download drivers from realtek official website. ( high definition audio codecs )
do not re-install. un-install the first one, restart your computer and install it.
