I recently purchased a Y500, but it won't be shipped until a few days. Has Lenovo fixed the trackpad issue, or is this still present in recently shipped devices? It seems like alot of laptops in December had the faulty trackpads from what I have been reading. I would appreciate any input, as I'm hoping to cancel my order and look into a different model if the issue still hasn't been resolved.

I sure hope they aren't still shipped faulty. Mine was ordered Jan 20th, due to be shipped on the 9th (Yesterday) and I have heard nothing. So it appears as though I got tied up in the shipping dilemma with the dates continuing to be pushed back.. And with the Chinese New Year next week, I doubt anything will get shipped out until at least the end of the week ;/
