I made a boo boo, please help. I erased the installation log file for my cyber-cam. Now when I try to update, it says I have to install the current version, but I can't because I deleted (by mistake in disk cleanup) the log file. I'm sure there will probably be other log files missing. Is there a cybercam install tool?
if the software was preloaded with the unit of yours and if you made a recovery disc before the accidental removal; then it is possible to get it back.

I did, but I get the message "Error!! The product definitation file lost" I think this means that I deleted the install log file by mistake. Can I just delete the program in windows Explorer, and then use my utilities program to clean up the registry?
