I'm thinking in buying a lenovo Z565 notebook but my only concern is repair support. In the past I only had HPs and Dells and both of these offer great support when it comes to replacing a complicated part like the LCD Screen, for example HP offers step by step with videos on how to replace any part of their notebooks, in the past I was able to replace an LCD screen, speakers and a keyboard just following their instructions, and this is very valuable to me, it can save you a few bucks in case one of these parts go. I was wondering if Lenovo offers something like that if they do please post link. Everything that I found was replacing very basic parts. Thanks in advance.

I don't think you'll find that for an IdeaPad. Lenovo do that for the ThinkPad.

Hi and welcome to the forum idude!
Z565 is a consumer notebook, as Vince said lenovo does that for their business products only, and I would imagine HP/Dell doing this just for their business offerings too, which HP/Dell notebook did you have?
Following links show manuals and videos for ThinkPad notebooks:-
