That sent me to update and it gives me 16 new ones - but I notice it gives me some dot net 4 ones. I purposely do not have 4 on my system (big pig). I'll wait a few days. don't have a solution for you.
Edit : just discovered that a bit of dot net 4 was on my system. removed it with Aaron stuben's (sp?) fixit. will reboot and try to see what update now wants to put up.

okay, back from all that, but with no joy for you...
update - offered me 10 critical - 9 actually with 1 needing to be done alone. did the 9. Took 10 min at least - a lot of dotnet3.5.1 stuff
update - offered me the single one (C++ 2010 update), so did that
update - offered me 5 optional - I declined to do Bing but did the other 4. took 5 min.
update - offered me optional dotnet 4, which i ignored
But nowhere did I get the message you are getting.

and a pop-up popped up - seemed to be a MS thing - you might try it.
