Well I have Lenovo Ideapad Z510 and on the keyboard the F11 and Delete and Down Arrow keys not working for sometimes, but when I press and hold one button for like a minute and sometimes less than a minute the three keys work without any issue ,then when I don't use them for sometime they stop working again and I should press and hold one of these keys again.

Welcome to the Community Forums.
You would need to isolate the issue if software or hardware related.
It would help testing it outside of Windows. Booting of a different operating system live rescue media or simply trying an external USB keyboard to check for keys.
Starting the machine with the BIOS (FN+ F2) to use F11 and see if brightness decrease or using the down arrow in the BIOS menu to check. If it does happen in the BIOS or a different boot media then you may want to have to repair/replace.
Hope this help answer your query.

In addition to Spidey's reply,
A statis discharge may prove useful as well.
Try a static discharge for this, it may help to resolve the issue or at least get rid of any built up static on the motherboard.
(If the battery is internal, please just skip the remove/replace battery steps.)
1. Turn the unit off
2. Remove the battery and the Mains adapter
3. Press and hold the front power button for 30 seconds
4. Replace the battery and the Mains adapter
5. Turn the unit on as normal
Hope this helps, let us know how you get on.

I have tried to go into bios still they sometimes work and sometimes not just randomly and I tried to the turn the laptop off and took the adapter out of laptop and I press power button for 30 seconds but I can't remove battery since it is built in.
I have just discovered something very weird when I press the (-)Negative Brightness button(which decreases brightness)(F11 in my laptop which is one of stuck keys) and the down arrow key and right arrow key somehow it increases the brightness (something is not expected maybe shortcut?) but when I try the down key or any of keys I mentioned they are still stuck and sometimes it takes few minutes to work and get stuck again.

Seeing that the same keys fail in the BIOS outside Windows aside from physically noticed stuck keys a resolution to this would be the keyboard replacement.
You can check on a compatible keyboard using your serial number here from the parts lookup page.
Here is the hardware manual for additional reference.

I have the exact same problem. My stuck keys used to work when my laptop is unplugged, at some point that didn't matter. My touchpad also stopped working a short time after I bought my laptop, then it started and stopped working a couple of times. Now it is dead too.

Having the same issue in the BIOS may indicate possible hardware issue.
I was thinking that pressing FN+F11 longer would work but may may not have noticed failed attempts as this may be intermmitent.
Try using an external keyboard and test the delete and down arrow keys to test.

I have the same issue with my Lenovo Flex 3 1580. Delete, Down Arrow and F11 keys sometimes work and sometimes they don't ... it all started 4 days ago if keys were not working, then i just shutdown or restart my laptop and they start working. I have also checked by connecting external keyboard and keys work on external keyboard. And now these are not working at all. Is there any solution? Can a loose wire connection cause this issue ?
