I bought my z580 a couple of months back and within a few days shift key started working as if it was continuously pressed. After contacting lenovo service the keyboard was replaced after a long delay. Now one month later i am again facing a similar problem that too in the new keyboard. This time instead of shift key fullstop key is working without being pressed. Frankly speaking i am getting fed up with the quality of customer service lenovo provides.
