Keys F1 and turning off the sound

Hello. Last I burned in the settings windows 10 and turned off the keys that have done that it can be louder and quieter sound. Now I have to use the FN key. Please help how to restore teeth tch use the keys without FN

Welcome to the Community Forums.

 

If you can try to check on the system BIOS , configuration setting for hotkeys can be disabled depending on the system model and BIOS version

So have helped. And this can not be changed in the settings of Windows? Because it has disabled the windows ....
