So the hinge on my Y50, their "Top of the Line" gaming laptop broke. When the hinge broke it popped off the front panel of the laptop. Although my computer was out of warrenty by about 2 months, they agreed that this should not have happened and decided to repair my computer. They took my computer for about a month. When it came back, I booted it up, and the touch screen was constantly being triggered on the left side. I called Lenovo and they told me to send it back. Long story short, they have had my computer for the last 4 months now and cant come up with a solution. They say the part is on backorder and I can either wait for the part.....which I've been waiting 4 months for, or I can have my computer returned in the condition it's in. I haven't been able to use my computer for months now....as I type this on my phone.
