Re: LENOVO P500 BRIGHTNESS ISSUE!

Untitled.png

This is the message that I'm seeing when trying to resolve the problem. I have a z400 and I'm having a problem with the screen light button. I'm no tech savy so I do not know other ways to resolve it. Smiley Sad

Press the F12 key at start up.

Try this trick out! I got my screen brightness back up by completely shutting down my laptop. Boot it back up and as the Lenovo start up screen appears press the F12 key. It raised mine back up.

Re: LENOVO P500 BRIGHTNESS ISSUE!

I tried following your instruction but the problem is I can't use the 'roll back driver' button. What should I do? I really hope that you can help me fix my problem because with this lowest brightness, I can't use my laptop.

I have tried the start plus r method and i went through all the steps but when i got to the Select roll back step that was not an option for me. Is there any other method i could try? I really need my brightness fixed. My brightness stays the same whenever i try to make it brghter or anything. ALso, my keyboard lights are out. Can any one help?
