I know this question has been asked before, but those solutions do not work for me.
I just got my new Lenovo z51 80k60030us and I quickly put a game on it just to test out the waters. ran well. However, I can't move (use the keyboard) and look around (use the mouse) at the same time. I looked all over the internet and understood that it has something to do with "palm tracking" however no one had the solution for my specific mouse/keyboard issue. when I try and change the options under the lenovo mouse, it is grayed out. I tried everything to ungray it, but I have yet to succeed. help please??

Try using a newer generic Synaptics driver?
Thank you very much! I was looking for a generic Synaptics driver, but there website didn't even have one for windows 10... Again, thank you very much.

This link wouldn't work for me "Fatal error - attempt to access unpublished file by non-admin user"
Are you able to possibly post it again or somehow allow me to access it a different way please and thanks SO much!

Same for me but I know for a fact that doesnt work. It was greyed out in the synaptics panel and I couldnt get the touchpad to work.
Since then, I've had my case replaced from a defect and it turns out that the upper case is integrated with the touchpad. My new case came with an Elan touchpad (Which is miles better, in my opinion) and the new driver was able to adjust palm tracking and it still has the delay when I type. I use a mouse when I play but I still wish it worked.
Atleast I get the options for two finger tap for right click and three and four finger taps for anything I can customize (I've set it for middle click and back button in chrome). I have never used the touchpad buttons since.
